Muinat Boluwasefe Raji is the Chief Executive Officer of Zentrion Innovations Limited, a Brand Empowerment Agency based in Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to helping entrepreneurs, experts, and organisations clarify their message, build their authority, and position themselves powerfully in the marketplace.

With over a decade of hands-on experience across branding, communication strategy, knowledge monetisation, and organisational capacity building, Boluwasefe has established herself as one of Nigeria’s most distinctive voices at the intersection of personal brand development and business strategy.

Her work has directly impacted over 20,000 individuals and organisations across Nigeria and internationally, spanning private businesses, government agencies, educational institutions, and corporate organisations.

Boluwasefe’s approach to brand and communication strategy is rooted in a conviction she has tested personally and proven professionally: that clarity is the foundation of every successful business. One of the most significant dimensions of Boluwasefe’s professional contribution is her work as a trainer and facilitator. She has designed and delivered trainings, workshops, and seminars for over 20,000 participants across multiple states in Nigeria, working with schools, universities, government agencies, private sector organisations, NGOs, and professional bodies both locally and internationally, across physical and virtual platforms.

Before founding Zentrion, Boluwasefe built her expertise the way most lasting expertise is built — through necessity, curiosity, and relentless self-investment. Starting from a place of personal reinvention, she discovered the power of knowledge as a business asset and built her first income from a WhatsApp training session. That experience became the foundation of her professional philosophy and the origin story of everything Zentrion represents today.

She holds a degree in Biology Education from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication from Rome Business School Nigeria. She is a certified NLP Practitioner, Brand Strategist, Result Coach, and Public Speaker, with additional expertise in Digital Marketing, Creative Writing, and Emotional Intelligence.

Boluwasefe has been featured on the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA), Rapid TV, radio stations, and various media platforms as a recognised voice on branding, communication, and knowledge monetisation. She is a sought-after speaker, trainer, and consultant whose work has been commissioned by government agencies, private organisations, schools, and professional bodies across Nigeria and beyond.

Beyond her agency work, Boluwasefe is the creator of the Business of Your Knowledge (BYK) programme, a flagship course built on her proprietary C·O·R·E·A framework that guides knowledge professionals through the complete journey of building a structured, income-generating knowledge business. She is also the originator of the Knowledge Monetisation Quadrant (KMQ), a diagnostic framework used by her clients and students to assess and grow their knowledge business across five critical dimensions.

These proprietary frameworks reflect a broader commitment that defines her leadership at Zentrion: not just delivering services, but building tools, systems, and intellectual assets that create lasting value for the people and organisations she works with.
